COMBINING THE TWO MOST EFFECTIVE FAT BURNING TECHNIQUES TO FORM A FAST PACED AND FUN WORKOUT. YOU WILL GET A GREAT MIX OF CARDIO AND BOXING STYLE TRAINING THAT WILL GUARANTEE YOU AN INTENSE EFFECTIVE WORKOUT. GLOVES PROVIDED.
